Availability may be limited on some items. We do our best to keep your favorite items in stock, however limited quantities may cause some merchandise to be sold out at the time you place your order.
If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you place your order and it does not come back into inventory before your order leaves our warehouse, then that item will be cancelled from your order. You may reorder if it is restocked.
Prices previously quoted on our website, over the phone, or in our store may no longer be valid.

No refunds. Exchanges must be made within thirty days of purchase with sales receipt. Please call 704-944-5456 for an authorization number and instructions. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.
Please provide your complete credit card number with the expiration date (month and year) when placing an order. Orders without complete payment information or a declined credit card will result in a cancelled order.
Generally, we ship orders received by 2pm ET within 48 hours if items are in stock.
All on-line, phone, and mail orders require a $20.00 minimum purchase for shipping. Larger or bulkier items incur additional shipping charges as indicated.
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada* are subject to higher shipping/handling charges based on size/weight of order. Customer is responsible for all additional duties and taxes. Call for rates.
*Orders shipped to Canada incur an extra $10.00 shipping/handling charge above the domestic US shipping schedule.
Orders shipped within North Carolina incur a 8.25% sales tax.
