Exchanges must be made within thirty days of purchase with sales receipt. Please call (704) 944-5456 for an authorization number and instructions. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.
Availability may be limited on some items. We do our best to keep your favorite items in stock, however limited quantities may cause some merchandise to be sold out at the time you place your order.
If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you place your order and it does not come back into inventory before your order leaves our warehouse, then that item will be cancelled from your order. You may reorder if it is restocked.
